+Graham Posted September 6, 2015 Share Posted September 6, 2015 Tested the new to me FF tonight. The seeing was pretty awful but I just had to try it out. Had a go at a couple of targets. First up is the Crescent Neb. GT81 with the field flatener. SX MX916 HA filter 11 Subs at 300 seconds. Captured and Stacked in Maxim Very rough lick in PS 6. Second is a new target for me NGC 981 GT81 with the field flatener. SX MX916 HA filter 7 Subs at 1200 seconds. Captured and Stacked in Maxim Very rough lick in PS 6. The odd shaped stars in the NGC 981 was caused by clouds messing up the guiding so with a bit of luck and a clear sky tonight's effort will be better.
