I was just looking over some old frames came across this....not the best composition but I think the colour is a little unusual....the trees are saturated with red light from the traffic lights near by....30s exposure taken with my D3s and 17mm f2.8 lens

It is nice; different. What ISO was that? Any darks or flats?

How short can you get the focal length on the lens before you get vignetting? (Sorry i can't spell).

Cheers James / Mike

The ISO was 8000....the lens is a 17-35mm f:2.8 no flats or darks......the lens vignettes a little but only a tiny amount hardly worth worrying about

Is f/2.8 as wide as the lens goes, or do you step it down to reduce coma?

James

P.s. Not that i'm trying to steal your technique.... ;)
