Io shadow transit

Although very windy last night (21-12-13) the seeing seemed very good. I took a series of images of Io's shadow transit of Jupiter.


 


Celestron c9.25 / Neq6 / IMG0H / televue x2 barlow


 


2 minute capture with Firecapture, processed in Pipp / Autostakkert and wavelets in registax 6.

That's a great set of images Andy. I would be well chuffed with that! Was cloudy and intermittently clear where I was last night but also I had drunk a lot of Jack Daniels so wouldn't have been a good idea to get the scope out!
