Many useful pages on there, my most frequently used page is this one: http://sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov/sunspots/ which is updated every few minutes or so. http://halpha.nso.edu/ GONG H-Alpha Network. A network of H-Alpha scopes throughout the world that update with almost live images of the Sun. Especially good for showing folks who say "the Sun is quiet at the moment." http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/communities/space-weather-enthusiasts Space Weather Prediction Center.
