Yes Clive that is the one.


It is in immaculate condition.


The imperfections he said about were a couple of holes he had drilled in it for his data and power leads.  :rofl:


It is a French made observatory that the guy had imported in for him.


He is a retired professional Astronomer who specialised in Solar observations.


Some of the kit he has got I could only dream of ever owning.  :respect:

I guess it will be easy to repair or mod being fibreglass?

Just had a totally insane laugh getting the dome sections into my back garden.


Had to lift them up, carry them over my extension then lower them into the garden.


It was like something out of a carry on movie.
