Having been in JL recently and noting the amount of "bear" themed gifts, I was expecting to see a bear themed commercial, especially after last years penguin one. How wrong could I be?

Not a bad advert, it must have cost a bob or three. It going to be interesting to see what the rest can turn out, it seems a challenge to make an arty advert with out mentioning a particular product.

My focuser doesn't change the magnification, but then I haven't got the John Lewis model.

Who remembers this one, it was one of the best in my humble opinion.

I hate to be a killjoy but I hope there's not millions of kids buying telescopes and complaining that they can't see the American flag.

The first view through the telescope was more realistic.

I've noticed also that the quality of lunar images shown on ITV is pretty poor. I've even seen colour fringes.

NOBODY posts lunar photos with colour fringes on the Internet, do they? I mean, you can remove them in GIMP for free!
