Well what a surprise! It's hard to believe, but it's an amazing find! ?

I just hope it is a rock and not a close encounter of some sort ;)  ??:)

I saw a QI a while back that talked about Cruithne being a second moon. That one is about 3 miles in diameter.

 

Earth has several known quasi-satellites according to Wikipedia, but they are all in weird orbits that resonate and interact with the earths orbit, but they are not proper "natural" satellites with near circular orbits like the moon. I find them all very interesting...
