"Pictures at an Exhibition" was a bargain bucket "LP". A fair few few bands released el-cheapos back then- I well remember Gong's "Camembert Electrique", and "Greasy Trucker's Party' springs to mind too, not to mention the 10" double album." Man Live at the Patti Pavilion".
My mum heard fragments of P.a.a.E and promptly escorted me back to the shop and exchanged it for "Motown Chartbusters Volume Six".
Didn't seem right to me at the time, but I have mellowed with respect to Berry Gordy since then.
