Happy new year to everyone, I have been watching the video regarding a Celestron Edge HD by Ken From of Orange County telescopes, during his setup he mentioned that they had adapted the finderscope by attaching the above guidescope, but he also said they had fitted the adapter for it, what would I need to buy along with the starshoot guider in order for me to fit it to my Celestron Edge 8". Anyone help or point me in the right direction please.

It comes with a standard 1.25" nose piece which is T-threaded Melvin. So it should slot into any diagonal of the same size or screw onto a T-threaded focuser barrel. Also most 2" diags come with a 1.25" adaptor - see here:

For finder/guiders it would depend entirely on which one you're using - but it would fit on an ST80 guide scope dead easy cos it has a T-threaded focuser. You might need a couple of T-threaded spacers to get the back focus right. Altair do a couple of nice 60mm and 80mm finder guiders with a diagonal that can be replace with a proprietary adaptor:

You would need to attach a universal shoe to the scope to fit a variety of standard finders:
