I've been thinking of using an off axis guider for a while now, although there seems little wrong with my current setup, zwo 120 mono on a Altair astro 60 mm guider, can anyone give me recommendations or comments of the benefits of swapping to an off axis guider instead apart from the obvious about flexure.

My filter wheel is a starlight Xpress and it's the starlight off axis guider I'm thinking of adding to it.

How about a short focal length setup Steve ?

From what I understand they seem to be easier to set up, or work better on longer focal length kit

I use finder guider now as the prism could get in the imaging circle of the wide FOV, also its not really needed as the FG is plenty good enough.
