Thanks for the comments, so lucky that the cloud cleared enough to image it. I did manage to image it re-emerging. I'll have to put the two videos together.

That is a brilliant and lucky video capture. Love the way it just blinks out in an instant, which as it is effectively a point source, it should do. It is about 150 light years away. Would love to see your video of it coming out the other side. :thumbsup:

I did capture it re-appearing, Pete, but with it being on the illuminated side, it doesn't show very well, especially after being uploaded to Youtube.
