Longstone Edge 23.05.17

Doc

Recommended Posts

Went for a long walk up Longstone Edge in Derbyshire yesterday, it was really hot and after all I was knackered but it was worth it.

It was mainly a trip to photo Wall Browns but even though I saw 20 off them not one single one landed. But I did see plenty of other butterflies especially Dingy Skippers.

I surprised a Weasel and he stuck his head out of his barrow and stared at me, which was nice.

Also does anyone know what the moth is. It looks like a tiger Moth but it doesn't have spots on it's underwings and the top pattern is different.

Here's some photo's.
