Bee-eaters in Notts

Doc

Recommended Posts

Just in case anyone is interested there are Bee-Eaters at East Leake in Nottingham. There are seven there today and apparently 10 last night. The RSPB said they are ready to breed and might stay a few months, fingers crossed.

They are at the quarry on Rempston Road.

Lovely photo of a Bee eater. We had them sitting on the wires above our villa in Majorca a few years back, very striking if you get up close.
