Well theres been a lot more images this month, it must be getting dark earlier J all of them good and many with wow factors but because there are so many I will preci the POTM review like last month otherwise we will be here all month J

So without further ado

Comets, Asteroids etc

Orion  was out there again doing Astronomy with the capture of Asteroid 89 Julia, well done Derek another one in the bag

Deep Sky

Allan the Plumber caught a cracking image of the Elephants Trunk and Jellyfish both in Ha

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13580-ic1396-elephant-trunk-nebula-in-ha/ Love the detail  and depth on this.

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13591-ic443-jellyfish-nebula-in-ha/

and for colour I reckon Sheilas Bubble is looking good

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13581-bubble-first-try-at-process/

and you can certainly see the Wizard in her image of the Wizard Nebula

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13593-wizard-data-from-tonight/

Congrats to Perkil8r on getting back in to imaging with a really good M27 in narrow band

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13582-m27-now-i-give-up-for-a-while/

Lunar

Perkil8r was putting his latest aquisition to good use here https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13590-waxing-gibbous-672-29102017/

and here

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13612-luna-928-waxing-gibous-01112017/

TotalNoobs image of the moon with earthshine impressed me, even though slightly out of focus getting the earthshine in there at that phase isnt easy,w ell done

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13589-tonights-effort/

Solar

Glad some folks got the orange sun on the 16th, both Binoviewer and Ron Clarke shot what was an unusual occurrence.

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13536-sol-161017-hydrogen-iphone/

Ibbo was out there again catching rays with a good bag submitted this month of which these are my favourites:

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13549-sol-20-10-2017-ha/

The combo of WL and Ha makes a good comparison

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13563-sol-25-10-2017-ha-wl/

Graham was out there also

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13533-solar-from-today-15102017/

Perkil8r was also imaging solar again but with the new scope

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13571-sol-in-wl-27102017/

Widefield

Totalnoob and Sunnyphil  were the only 2 submitting wides this month.

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13557-m45/

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13526-cassiopeia/

So, a difficult one this month, mind its not easy most months. The big WOWs for me are

Allan the Plumbers Jellyfish

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13591-ic443-jellyfish-nebula-in-ha/

Sheilas Bubble

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13581-bubble-first-try-at-process/

and Perkil8rs M27

https://www.eastmidlandsstargazers.org.uk/topic/13582-m27-now-i-give-up-for-a-while/

Out of those three WOWs I reckon Allan the Plumbers Jellyfish gets it this month, nice one Allan

I think my post got lost. I said it was a great winner.  I think some other people posted since Friday, too.

Sorry!!! My fault. I posted my reply under the original submission.
