Two halves Fastened each side with wing nut type of thing maybe should work? The outside would be more angular ,octagon or similar shaped, wider for the two fastening parts. . the inside smoothed to circular with felt?? Glued to the inner part? Outside in the damp winter night. I thought there must be something out there made for holding pipes but my googling has only found wrong sizes.
