Cheapest LP filter for DSLR imaging through 8” newt

Hi Guys

wanting to get back into some basic imaging again using my Canon 450D on my Skywatcher 200P newt.

I cannot afford the Astronomik CCD CLS light pollution filter and was wondering what would be the cheapest LP filter that would allow me to take 5 minute subs

It may be worth watching the video from astrobackyard on the Altair astro website :]

(I use the astronomik CLS filters, so i'm not to sure what these are like but I heard that these are pretty good)

I use the Skytech cls clip filter mentioned.

 

Seems to do a similar job to the Astronomik, at a lower price.

I have bitten the bullet and ordered a Sky Tech CLS clip filter for Canon EOS
