Popular Post +Graham Posted May 29, 2018 Popular Post Share Posted May 29, 2018 A few photos sent to me today of the new beast being dismantled ready for me to go and collect. The Mirror. First job will be to get it stripped and recoated. The mirror cell. Getting the scope off the mount. The beast in bits. The fork mount. I foresee a lot of rubbing down and respraying. Along with all new bearings and a stepper motor drive conversion so I can pulse guide with it. I am planning on making a light shroud to fit internally inside the framework of the scope so it should end up looking like it has a solid tube with an exoskeleton.
