Sandwich Terns

A first for me these. Caught on a Seal spotting trip at Blakeney Point. An adult and Juvenile I am told

Yeah Mick, loads. The Terns were nesting at the very end of the point then the boat went round to the seaward side and there they were basking

Even with in camera image stabilisation trying to get sharp photos from a rocking boat is fun so I was pleased to get what I did.

That lens you have there is brilliant.

Ta Graham. Yeah you wouldnt think it to look at it cos its so diminutive being micro 4/3rds but it packs a punch. Its only 12cm long, weighs naff all and combined with the mirrorless Oly EM1 is very lightweight and an ideal travel combo. My Nikon full frame hardly gets a look in these days and thats supposed to be lightweight.
