That's a great read Pete, you had a brilliant night. I''l have a look myself for NGC6802 at some point, there's always something new to have a look at.

Nice report Pete.

M11 is one of my favourites, and i've found it conveniently located almost halfway along a line between Altair and Saturn.

Great report Pete! 👌

all the detail you share with us makes for very interesting reading.

You obviously enjoyed yourself immensely!

These large aperture scopes, when working well and conditions are good are a source of joy with these rich skies! 👍

Wow what a read Pete. Some amazing objects you saw there, when everything comes together it's a great hobby.

Thanks everyone.

That session really had me buzzing for a couple of days. 🙂

It was the first time I had used the 5mm 110 degree Helios Myriad and I'm really chuffed with the high power wide angle views. It is surprisingly lightweight for its size, at least compared to my others.

Thanks for the great report. Looking forward to the next clear night when I’m off work to get my scope out

Cheers Tony.

Looking forward to a report about your ES 16" or even just post up some photos. I bet you're chuffed with that. 👍

I’m going to Belper camp site tomorrow night as it looks like it’s going to be clear until  about 4 in the morning. I will be taking the scope with me so I can take a few more pic and do a bit of a report.
