It is a bit off either way even though I run a correction via ufraw. I've a OWB clip filter in the post which supposedly mitigates this on modified cameras. 8472 Posted August 31, 2018 Author Share Posted August 31, 2018 Well, my OWB filter arrived this morning. Straight away I clipped it in position in my DSLR body, and went back out into the garden. It's plainly obvious to me the white balance has improved 100%. Far less purple fringing than before and the RAWs look great right out of the box, even with my colour-blind eyesight!
