Guest Posted December 23, 2018 Share Posted December 23, 2018 Merry Christmas to all of you. The only thing that will ruin it for me is a cold and bad weather. Very little chance of seeing anything before the new year and it's the only week off I've had all year. Whilst I will enjoy tucking into the turkey with my loved ones, I really appreciate a bit of action, even if it is leaving a camera outside. I was going to post a separate thread but I have one tip - any tomatoes that are soft but not decomposed are great roasted in the bottom of the oven. Sometimes I buy the supermarket own (chavvy) brand as they are just as good cooked as the expensive ones. I am am doing a roast now and have added some peppers and mushrooms to the tomatoes.
