Thats a great shot.

Did not realise she was visible, mind with the weather being what it is at the moment not a lot is visible ?

I am totally amazed and impressed. With Mars being poorly placed this is remarkable. I haven't tried for ages but then I only have a 5" Mak and Bresser Electronic Eyepiece.

Nice.

It won't be long before its lost in the rapidly advancing evening twilight.

Visually for me, this current apparition has been a disappointment.

But hopefully the next opposition will be much better.

It will be almost as close as this last perihelic pass, but much better placed for us,

close to where it is now, i think by Uranus.
