Apologies for the delay in this months imaging round up but a severe bout of sinusitis took me out for a few days, I can now sit at the PC screen without eyes streaming and sneezing every 5 seconds. So here we go....

There's been a lot of images posted this month, great stuff, testament to the runs of clear weather we've had. So I will have to limit the images I include in this review otherwise I will be here all week and you there all night ?

I must say the number and quality of images this month has been great to see, even though it makes this task harder I would like to say great work everyone, keep imaging and keep posting.

So now for the hard bit, as I said there have been some excellent images but the four I keep going back to are, Peter Shah's HH and Flame, ChrisP's Rosette Bicolour, Bradys Rosette and Joe's M81 first light with new scope. All are superb images and I can appreciate the work and effort gone into not only capturing these images but the processing involved. All have made me say wow when first viewing them but I have to choose one and I am going to say that Joes M81 first light takes it for me this month. For a first light with a new scope you have to admit it's a good image, focus good, depth good, image scale good, I like it.

Top job, Joe. Well done

Thanks Phil. It would be good to get the POTM image on the Community Highlights on the front page and tweeted out on the EMS account. There's some good stuff being posted and it would be great to showcase and share wider. Glad we're all giving you a hard time judging ?
