impressive stuff Dave for such a short exposure time, you must be delighted, new camera is a success and looks well worth the money, what gain did you settle on ?

Thanks Rob.  I am very pleased, thanks. A huge logical step for me, although I realise there's a mass still to learn.

 

I settled on a gain of 75, it would be interesting to know what gain other people use with CMOS sensors

Excellent considering so little time and data you must be pleased with the camera etc keep up the good work and enjoy your trip away soon

Thanks Allan. Aye, trip planned away for the dark weeks of April to Scotland, with the gear. Think you're going to Kelling, so have a good time.
