DSS update

Deepskystacker has been in the process of updating over the last year or so 4.2.0 beta 2 I have been watching their thread seems they have sorted the white balance issue in the latest beta

Here is whats been said from the developer on what was the yahoo group now hosted on another platform .https://groups.io/g/DeepSkyStacker

The installers have been enhanced thanks to fine work by Simon Smith.  You
now get to accept the BSD 3 clause license and get to choose where to
install the code (much asked for).

I'm pretty sure I've now cracked the white balance processing, and the new
code should give the same results as 4.1.1.

Please try out your shiny new cameras.

PS Still I'm using libraw 18.8.  I'll do another beta once things have
settled with the latest version of libraw.
