Hi me and Colin are heading over to Warwick this weekend to the IAS and I original had a talk booked 11ish on Deep sky photography but the lecturer is unable to make it so they have booked Damian Peach in his place but he specialises in planetary photography not what I’m interested in so it’s going free

PM if your going and you’d like it  I’ll send you the link to print it out failing that’s meet me after Paul Money‘s talk and I’ll give you it say possibly swap for a bacon bap lol

Hi Allan,

I had booked entry for the Saturday and that Astro talk too, and agree, it's annoying it's been cancelled. We saw Damien Peach last year too.

I'm swapping to the Friday, hopefully I can reclaim the cash, but no big deal if not. I fancy the Peter Jenkins talk on the problems that can occur in Astrophotography, and also fancy the Gaia talk.

 Anyone else going Friday?

Me ! 😀 I'll be there Friday. (i've posted on your other thread)

Allan : if you've not seen Damian Peach, his lectures are very good, despite there obviously being an emphasis on Planetary stuff.

I've seen him 3 or 4 times, and always enjoyed his lectures.
