Evening All,

Just to let you know that IDAS will be in attendance at tomorrow night’s stargazing event at Erewash Musuem, Ilkeston.  This is a free event, and is suitable for all ages.  If you have an interest in the night sky or would just like to take a look through a telescope, then please come along and join us.  Gates open at 6pm, and we’ll be there until 9pm.  Besides ourselves, the ever-popular Pete Wearn of Cool Science will once again be in attendance, showing off all his science related “bangs and wizzes” – always something of interest, whatever your age.

We’ll also be having a display of member’s astronomical photographs, along with some presentations taking place in the Hayloft.  If it’s cloudy or raining the event will still go ahead, and the telescopes will form part of the display.  If you are thinking of coming along, please wrap up warm.

Some info can be found on the Museum’s website:

Hope to see some of you there.

Regards
