Popular Post +Graham Posted May 3, 2020 Popular Post Share Posted May 3, 2020 What a relief and a regaining of my sanity to get back to Narrow Band imaging. Mind tonight was not without its problems. Constant high thin cloud and the back light of Blobby made for testing conditions. After the first half a dozen 600 second subs on the Lobster Claw and Bubble I had to strip the rig down and remove the FR/FF as something was out of line in the image train giving me rugby ball stars. Further investigation on that one after some sleep. Starting again I decided to go for just the Bubble but using 2 x 2 binning. Seems to have worked out quite well. This is 31 X 300 second subs in HA.
