So here are three different views.. all taken with my Canon M5 on my Vixen tracking mount. They were taken near Alderwasley in the Peak. This is 18mm, and show the plough, with comet Neowise at '5 O'clock from the 'bucket of the plough. Both are peaking out over a wall, exposure time 50 seconds, meaning the stars are sharp, but the wall and trees are slightly blurred. Work to do next time to get a higher ISO shorter picture of the foreground to stop that blur.. This is the comet taken with my 100mm macro lens. I like the way it's isolated against the stars. Again tracking mount, so stars sharp. Finally taken with my 300mm lens.. not so sharp, and maybe a little movement with the heavier longer lens.. +Bino-viewer, Clive, Nightspore and 10 others 13 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
