I need some help wiring this up in line from the PSU to the scope.

It has 3 terminals, the outside pair are + & - but how do I wire it in

line and what's connected to the centre terminal??

You mean it didn't come with any instructions? A voltmeter needs to be connected across the supply, an ammeter has to be in series with either the positive or negative supply line. So I guess one teminal will connect to the supply positive, one terminal to the supply negative, but whether the third pin connects to the mount positive or negative and therefore which pin is common to both the supply and the mount is anyone's guess! If you've got another DMM you could meter it on the ohms range to see which pins are for current detection.
