Raspberry Pi Controller

I am considering getting a computer for controlling my imaging sessions (acquisition for now... f-wheel, focuser and guiding in the future...)

The ASIAIR seems far too expensive, so I am looking at the Pi 4B. Has anyone successfully done this?

I’m using a ZWO camera and Skywatcher mount.

You can run stellarmate not free ,ekos , astroberry free , from a rpi bear in mind asair locks you in to zwo hardware with the exception of dslr cameras ,

I use the asiair version 1 and use it to control 294mc pro, 120 guide cam, zwo focuser and my neq6, it works perfectly. To be able to polar align, auto focus, guide, select targets from its built in menu, and run image sessions including meridian flip all via my phone or tablet is quite something special. Yes your tied to zwo products, but i already had these so no big deal
