250p flex tube collimator query

Hi guys

Having recently acquired a 250p flextube dob when trying to collimator I cannot for the life of me adjust the secondary to show all 8 mirror clips. It appears that the view through the eyepiece holder is in no way large enough to show the entire primary. Has anyone else had this problem?
