+Ibbo Posted March 7, 2021 Author Share Posted March 7, 2021 Yep part of the Erewash/ Pinxton arm that did conect to the Cromford canal via the Butterly tunnel. The res itself was a feeder for the canal. Its still navigable to Langley Mill basin and there are plans to try and reopen it. Its part of our al;most daily walkies route along the towpath.
