Yes, it was taken at Shingle Street in Suffolk which is really remote and on the coast. Not much light pollution as only a few cottages. I'm not sure what it is on the bottle scale but it was pretty dark.

 

I could see the Milky Way quite clearly with just my eyes. It was amazing! 

 

Made quite a few rookie mistakes with my images, but I met up with one of my new Astro friends there and she helped me get to grips with things.

 

I can't wait until I can go to another dark sky site to correct all my mistakes 😊
