They look nice Dave and it shows just what can be achieved with 30s subs.

Really good Dave, well done. M27 is beautifully processed, hanging there like a beacon in the darkness..

Thanks Rob, I've bought an intervalometer for the camera but can't seem to get it to work at the moment, I'll revisit it and hopefully get longer subs soon.

'hanging there like a beacon in the darkness' I like that Dave 🙂

I like the smaller objects with the full frame camera, it is more like a view through a widefield eyepiece.

What's the issue with the intervalometer Dave? I presume that it's a one that works as a remote shutter release, or as a timed release.

Does it work as a remote release OK?

Does it work in timed mode?

Are you setting the camera mode to manual, and then 'bulb'? (This is a Canon user here so names may be different?)

I think there must be a camera setting that I need to change as the unit itself seems OK but it just doesn't activate the shutter. I've found the manual for the camera and I'll try again after work.

Good luck Dave
