Motofocus adapter for skymax 180

Hello all, just acquired a skymax 180 (hurrah!) in addition to my CPC1100 out in the dome as a more portable cat.  Anyway, a while back I picked up the Celestron motorised focuser for the 11 and removed my JMI motofocus.  Having looked at the back of my 180 I see that it has a black trim plate around the focus knob that is only a little smaller than the plastic 'fixing; barrel that used to attach to the similar plate on the 11.  It clearly looks like it should fit if there were a different plate to adapt to the 180.  Such an obvious upgrade without the need for brackets or other styles of focuser, anyone know of anything?  This power focusser should fit if only for a two inch disk, one inch hole in the middle and five drill holes.  I dont have access to any machine shop stuff or 3d printing (could be plastic), so any ideas might be helpful.

thanks awfully.
