Ok, lets be adults here (I can hear the moderators panicking already! Dont worry, I'll be circumspect!).  I was just reading Tim Peakes autobiography the other day and coincidentally watching a tour of the ISS online.  Now, when looking at their individual 'cabins' and the privacy they afford it occurred to me that what with them being for the most part married men and women on the station and away from their families for often six months plus, do the crew take up with them videos, recordings and material generally that is to the taste, how can I put it, of the more discerning adult?  Clearly streaming speeds wouldn't cut it.

It also occurs that some of this material, certainly that  available online, can contain computer viruses, obviously not the sort of thing one wants on station so presumably would have to be vetted as is everything that goes up.  Is someone tasked with this?  Also NASA was certainly in the sixties a fairly puritanical institution and for all I know still is so this kind of thing may be frowned on.  Saying that, space psychology is a big part of space medicine so perhaps this kind of thing is viewed more dispassionately.  While we're at it (if you will forgive the expression...) what might the other space agencies views on this be, Russian, ESA etc?

I would be fascinated to know anyones take on this or indeed if you have any insight.  I believe there was a rumour a while back about the Russians taking stuff up but I cant seem to find much more.
