@philjay question Phil, if i may...

I've been impressed by the images coming out of your Olympus camera....

Does it have the 'Starry sky' focusing feature ?

I wondered if you've used it on wide angle, rich field imaging etc and am interested how it performs.

Not quite, its the Mark 1. For lunar and solar I use shutter priority and set the speed accordingly.

Never really tried this one on wide field but used it,s predesessor, EM 10 a few times.

The newer Mk3 or the MX have loads of extra bells lights and whistles and have night settings.

Not sure about starry night focusing though on any model. Focusing on astro is not easy for cameras and AFAIK manual is still the most accurate.

I focus using the equiv of live view,  zoom right in, 14x on mine, and tweak focus to suit.
