Alpine Innovations Bino Bandit

I'd read some good reviews about the Alpine Innovations Bino Bandit so I thought I'd try it myself and I have not been disappointed. Delivery from FLO was quick as usual and I had a quick session with it a few night's ago using my Olympus 8x40 binoculars whilst the scope was imaging, and it made a big difference in my light polluted back garden. It is easy to fit and I found it comfortable to use and the normal glare I get from the nearby streetlight was completely cut out. Well worth £22 🙂

I got mine on SGL for a good price and they're great. I've got some 16 x 80 binos but wanted something  more grab and go.

I got mine off Amazon probably about 14 years ago and I think I only paid £38 at the time which I thought was a bargain at the time I remember seeing them for sale  considerably more .

I still have my Canon 15x50 is

18 years old now still going strong. Bit heavy but the image stabilisation works a treat.

I often use them for quick looks at the sun with my homemade filter (Baader Astro solar film)

A costly £600 back in 2004, but they now retail at over double that. Crazy.

Perhaps If i ever sell them, i could almost get back what i originally paid for them ?

That doesn't happen too often. With anything.
