Craig
I'm 99% likely going to purchase one of these this week; http://www.altairastro.com/product.php?productid=16261&cat=260&page=1 I'd like to know how easy these are to fit and, in the eventuality I were to sell the scope, how easy they are to remove? +Doc
They come with double sided sticky tape, which is very sticky and works really well. You can also drill and screw your telrad base on. Whichever way you do it make sure you position it correctly first. When I had one I used the sticky tape.
+Rusty Strings
I use the tape to allow trial and error to find the best place for it
Guest Kheldar
I used a single screw from the finder base and put it right there. The other end I tape down.
BAZ
Tape it down and if it's not where you want it, I have some spare industrial flavour double sided tape you can have.
Guest sapperslappy
Taping it down, as tacky as it sounds, really sounds like your easiest and best bet.
Daz Type-R
Are you and me buying the same stuff? Lol, I have just got a Telrad as well and currently I have used pull ties to temp fasten mine down, then I was going to use the sticky tape.
