Guest ollypenrice Posted November 16, 2012 Share Posted November 16, 2012 While helping a guest with some techniques for controlling starfields I used some data taken a couple of years ago with Yves Van den Broek to demo my latest ideas on this. I hadn't tried them before on this image but it's a good test because the stars are all ultra bright and can swamp the target. Anyway, here's what we got out of the session. (TEC140 APO, EM200 mount and Atik 4000s, mono and OSC. HaLRGB.) Below is a crop.
