I have been looking at Tv lately and have the following advice in order of your questions....

HELL YES.

See this website - I think it explains all.....   http://www.televue.com/engine/TV3b_page.asp?ID=2

And for what will be good for your scope, see this handy calculator.....  http://www.televue.com/engine/TV3b_page.asp?id=212&plain=TRUE

One thing I have started to learn with regards to ep's is that you need to have a think about what you want to see, where you want to see it and how much have you got to spend.

You will also need to pay attention to your exit pupil size, if the exit pupil is too big, you are wasting valuable light, too small, you may not see enough.

I have had a crash course on TV ep's thanks to this website, advice on here (off Petersull - awesome answers and explinations from him).

But remember, TRY BEFORE YOU BUY - new they are expensive (what isn't these days).
