Observing warning

Just a heads up that I should be (all being well) collecting a new (to me) dobsonian on Monday evening. This of course means that anyone who is in the Mansfield or Nottingham area will be blighted my six weeks of cloudy weather as I vainly try for 'first light'. So if it is clear tonight and/or tomorrow make the most of it. You have been warned!!

Very nice.

I bet you can't wait to try out that light bucket Angus.

I'm just about to make the most of my kit tonight, it has been on the patio since 5pm, finders all lined up on the moon in the daylight :) .
