A new challenge for Rusty Strings

Recommended Posts

It's with great delight that I welcome John to his new role as a moderator for EMS.

John is a very long standing member of EMS and has a wealth of experience to share with us all.

He is also taking on any duties relating to the Belper Cricket Club.

So please can we welcome John and wish him every success with the challenges ahead.

Thanks all, I try and rise to the challenge. I'll sort out a working party to enable access to belper

You don't need a working party, just a bloody big tractor with a shovel on the end :)

Yes Dean a challenge.

This is something John has never done before so by definition it is a challenge.

There is quite a lot that goes on behind the scenes.

It's a challenge even for us sometimes - you wouldn't believe how complex and busy it can get.

I'm positive John will do very well :)

How complex and busy it can get ,?what goes of in the back ground ?. I am interested in the running and day running of what mods do as there so many of you what do you all do ,as you are all on at the same time, most of the time so what do you all do ? What is a mods role so to speak as it must only take one to moderate posts,so what do you all do as it does not say anything any where on Ems what all the mods do and how its run so could you explain as i posted a short while ago "explain"

Dean
