Leo triplet gradiant removal

after studying various tutorials and lots of trial and error, i have tried to remove the gradiant from the pic i posted a few days ago.


pic 1 is a before, pic 2 is after,

That's good. Are you happy with it, do you consider it worthwhile? I think it make a subtle but worthwhile difference.

hi Mike,

your right, it is subtle, but on a widefield image it gives a look of continuity, all in all it doe's look better so, yes i am pleased.

i think it would work a lot better on an image with a dominate subject.
