I'd be made up if I produced something like that !!!!!

Well done.

Perkil8r helped me understand how to get flats and I'm ok with darks but what's a bias frame and how are they produced, if you don't mind me asking.

Cheers

A bias frame is a snapshot of the electrical noise inherent in the camera - you capture it by taking a dark frame with the shortest exposure the camera can take. (0.001s in my case.)

HOWEVER if you use DSS, do NOT use darks and bias (together,) it get's it allllllll wrong :(

My sensor doesn't require darks (in theory) so I use bias for calibration instead :)

Ahh.

I do use DSS with my images from Canon 300D

Are you saying I should just deal in subs and flats?

subs, flats and darks - I would not recommend adding bias into that

Sorry my point was supposed to read don't use darks and bias at the same time :)

I like that Stephen.

I bet you are glad to finally get something in the bin.

I am really looking forward to seeing what you can produce with that set up.

Onward and upward Maxim permitting

Where is the shot of the satallite going right through the core?

The accuracy was uncanny!
