Instructions don't show any information other than how to insert the thing into the tripod and that is it. There are 3 dials, top, middle, bottom. I am not sure which one does lattitude. I assume the bottom dial which I have set to the lattitude for my area. The other two I have no understanding of. Can anyone help please?. Thanks.
