fwm891 Posted October 10, 2013 Share Posted October 10, 2013 This is a combination of 24 subs with an unmodified DSLR. Sub exposures 240s iso 5000. Shot as camera RAW files. red dwalf Posted October 10, 2013 Share Posted October 10, 2013 very nice indeed, i had a go at this at Kelling but out of 10 x 300 seconds shots only 5 were any good, i caught a light bit of cloud on the other 5 and all the bright stars looked like they had a massive halo around them and no nebulosity.
