Come on Tibblitz, you'd find the hard bits easy and the interesting bits interesting, and having this certificate might help your uni application, plus you could help me and sheila :)

Pretty please!

Jd

Lol I don't think I'll find it easy.

I'll do it to help out though if I can help.

"i looked at the maths bit, fell off my chair and ran away"

Tut! That's an allergic reaction - the maths described there was no more than you do in your head when out shopping for shoes and handbags - just think of those values as representing bigger shoes and more massive handbags and it'll be easy lol.

its the moving stuff about i cant do, never could and managed to avoid all the maths questions on my degree, answered all the others :D

Does anybody understand the algebra on the front page?

It's not too difficult if you can remember gcse stuff, just re arranging equations really.

Think the trouble will be people remembering gcse level stuff though

Only Tibbz and Stephen, which is why we've got them to sign up :)

You'll be fine Daz. I can't see the need for us to rearrange that kind of algebra. If we do, we are all f*****

I was not interested in maths at school, to the point where I did sooo bad, I then sat night school to boost my maths grace, still did crap though!

Shame really, because now it fascinates me, but still don't understand it!

Sign up anyway, if the maths is that level and below it shouldn't be too much of a problem with help :)

Right, get that easy peasy, still don't explain how you work out the equation on the front page.

yes but you have to start somewhere, even if it is homework for 12 year olds

Right, get that easy peasy, still don't explain how you work out the equation on the front page.

Step 1 - Multiply both sides by r squared

Step 2 - Multiple both sides by D cubed

Step 3 - Divide both sides by G

Step 4 - Divide both sides by m

Step 5 - Cube root both sides

Step 6 - r cubed cancels with the cube root to take r outside the brackets

I think ... I've been coding 15 hours straight now ...
