I was catching glimpses all morning in the car on the journey from Lemaington Spa to Leeds between 6am and could still see it (just) when I arrived at 08:55.

At one point you could see Jupiter, the moon, earth lol and with a slight turn of the head the sun just about coming into view.

You missed Mars (it's behind you!)

Well, it is panto season...

I was busily staring to the ENE, looking for a particularly bright Iridium flare predicted at 07:37. Missed it totally, but the Moon and Jupiter were nice consolation.
